Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full scheduled rate.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments.

Pricing & Payment

Standard session pricing is 60 minutes for $65, 90 minutes for $95, and 120 minutes for $125. Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged in advance. Prices are subject to change.

Conduct

Lansing Therapy Center maintains a professional, therapeutic environment. Inappropriate behavior, requests, or language will result in immediate termination of the session at full charge and a refusal of future service.
